In the text of the Law the wording “competent authority or corporate group” shall be substituted with the wording “Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources”. Article 23 shall be amended to add a new wording: “Production sharing contract (PSC) shall be signed by the Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources in accordance with decisions by the Cabinet of Ministers.”
