The present Law introduces major amendments to the Law on the National Park Neusiedlersee-Seewinkel (LGBl. No.28/1993). The most important amendment is the addition of article 1a on Objectives. The following objectives are at the basis of the management and maintenance of the National Park: 1) to promote and further develop the area of the “Neusiedler See-Seewinkel” as a natural and scenic valuable area of national and international importance; 2) to secure for this area characteristic landscape
