Law amending Law "On restriction of trade, advertising and consumption of tobacco".

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: "In Latvia shall be prohibited trade and vending of cigarettes in which nicotine contents exceeds maximum allowable limits set forth by the Cabinet of Ministers, tobaccos without mandatory compliance certificate and tobaccos for oral consumption".
