Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Food processing enterprise shall have the duty to register suppliers of foodstuffs, alimentary raw materials and other additives for processing and manufacturing of foodstuffs, and also enterprises (entrepreneurial associations) to which it supplies foodstuffs. Registered information shall be transferred to Food and Veterinary Service at its request”.
