The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Transaction Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 61). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 9 on Obligation to declare; article 10 on Exceptions to the obligation to declare; article 20 on Auctions; article 23 on Notification requirements; article 25 on Issue of authorizations; article 37 on Authorization according to other state laws. The text consists of 2 articles.
