Law amending the Tyrol Waste Management Law.

The present Act amends the Waste Management Act of 10 May 1950. In particular, it amends article 23 dealing with owners of waste treatment plants; article 24 concerning issuing of concession for waste treatment plants; article 27 on violations of the above-mentioned Act.
