The purpose of this Law is to lay down the provisions relating to the classification, packaging, labelling, notification of new chemical substances. The objective of the Law is to protect human health and the environment from potential risks which could arise from the intrinsic properties of chemical substances and preparations. It aims to establish restrictions on the placing on the market or use of certain chemical substances and preparations. There are provisions relating to the rights and du
