This Law establishes the Croatian Coast Guard for the effective supervision of the Croatian sea and the protection of the rights and interests of the territorial waters, in accordance with international Law and Croatian regulations. It provides responsbilities, rules and goals of the Coast Guard and defines its powers, tasks and duties.
