The present Law regulates turnover of drugs, including their manufacturing, preparation, dosage, packaging, registration, quality control and other operation for the purpose of obtaining or annihilating drugs, purchase, storage, distribution, vending, import, export of drugs, information concerning them, advertising and determines competence of state bodies in the afore-mentioned sphere. The Act consists of 21 Articles. Article 1 introduces the main concepts used in the text of the present Law.
