This Law determines all necessary measures and standards (including data collection, monitoring, inspection and other technical issues) aimed to prevent or reduce the harmful effects of noise (noise pollution) in environmental and other issues of importance for the protection of the environment and human health from noise pollution on the territory of Montenegro.
