The present Law lays down provisions relating to the organization of the public forest administration. In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the Forestry Office, the Forestry Training Centre and the Forest Planning Agency shall be dissolved and the Saarland Forestry Enterprise shall be established. This enterprise shall deal with all forest matters and above all study the ecological relationship between forests and the environment. The text consists of 4 articles.
