The present Law implements the Schleswig-Holstein Forestry Law. To improve the sustainable management of forests, the Schleswig-Holstein Forests” Institute shall be established. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the establishment, composition and functioning of the afore-mentioned Institute. The text consists of 17 articles.
