The present Law implements the Environment Frame Act of 29 June 1990. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes the Institute for release of remediation responsibility in view of contaminated sites. The Institute is competent for decisions on application on release of remediation responsibility in view of contaminated sites.
