The present Law lays down provisions relating to “Fisheries Saar”. Article 1 establishes that the afore-mentioned Association shall be transformed into a legal entity under public law. The text consists of 10 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: Change of form (1); Organization and tasks (2).
