This Law (in order to implement the effective use of the European standards on the territory of the Croatian Republic) adopts all standards and technical measures deriving from the Regulation (EC) no. 396/2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin (23.02.2005).
