This Law determines the competent authorities, the tasks of the competent authorities, inspection and border control issues, transport and temporary storage of the consignment, and reporting to the competent authorities and to the European Commission, all provisions aimed to define the rules for safe and controlled import of food and animal food/feed from foreign countries (not member states of the European Union) into the republic of Croatia.
