The aim of the present Law is to define the conditions and requirements fort issuing patents. This Law is composed of 3 Sections divided into 46 articles. Section 1 deals with the following matters: (a) requirements and conditions for the issuance of patents; (b) fields of application; (c) registration, validity and intellectual property rights: (d) steps and arrangements for patent’s applications; (e) the competent authority for patents; (f) transfer of the patent property; (g) use and pawning
