This Law aims at protecting medicinal and ether oil plants. It sets out the conditions governing their collection and harvest and further promotes activities aimed at their cultivation and rehabilitation. The Law is composed of the following Chapters: (I) General provisions; (II) Protection and administration of the Plants’ Fund; (III) Harvesting, packaging and transport of plants; (IV) Control and monitoring; (V) Public consultations; (VI) Penalties; and (VII) Final provisions.
