This Act establishes the Special Fund Programme in order to combat drought within the Region of northern-east (SUDENE). It consists of 10 articles specifying the requirements to be satisfied by local farmers and rural producers in order to benefit from the said Programme and whose crops have been injured by drought. The text specifies terms and amounts of such financial assistance.
