This Law, consisting of 5 Chapters, establishes the State System on Environment, Science and Technology (SISMACT). It establishes the requirements for a rational and very participatory performance of environmental activities, in sectors such as: Science, Technology and Environment in order to meet the local priorities and the socio-economic and sustainable development of environment. The Law also establishes composition and duties of the above mentioned System.
