This Law has the purpose of protecting the atmosphere to ensure the people’s right to live in a favourable environment and their access to accurate environmental information. State regulation in this regard shall focus on: (a) protecting public health; (b) providing favourable ecological conditions; (c) preventing air pollution; (d) state regulation of emissions; (e) collecting and making available information on air quality and pollution; and (f) scientifically substantiated, systematic and com
