This Law, consisting of 148 articles, establishes the Basic Policy on Environment of the State of Acre. It establishes the basic norms for the protection, conservation and preservation of natural environment and natural resources in order to improve and protect the quality of human mankind. The Law also establishes the requirements to be satisfied for the sustainable use of natural resources of the State.
