This Law establishes that daihan farm shall be labour association of family members engaged in agricultural production. Head of daihan farm shall be in charge of property of daihan farm and shall dispose of it by consent of other members of daihan farm. Each citizen of Turkmenistan beginning from 18 years of age shall have the right to set up daihan farm (Art. 4). Plots of agricultural land can be allotted to daihan farm in tenancy or in lease (Art. 7). Daihan farm shall have the following dutie
