Law No. 11.265 regulating commercialization of infant and child foodstuff.

This Law, composed of 30 articles divided in five Chapters, regulates the commercialization of infant and child food. The Law applies also to quality and information of both national and imported food. Particular attention is paid to labelling requirements.
