This Law, consisting 14 articles, provides for the State Policy of Cooperatives within the State of Amapá. The State Executive will act in order to stimulate activities when the State Cooperative Policy is established, cooperative activities, under the terms of Federal Law no. 5.764, encouraging a support system for the continuous growth of cooperative activity.
