Law No. 11.463 on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO).

This Law, composed of three articles, rules on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO). In particular, it requires that all activities using GMOs, including research, testing and pilot actions, shall attain to the relevant Federal Law.
