Law No. 11.518 creating The Special Secretariat of Ports.

This Law, consisting of 17 articles, creates the Special Secretariat of Ports and the Directorate Committee for the Fund of the Maritime Transport - CDFMM. It also list the authorized harbours in maritime and inland waters, establishing the requirements for all types of transport within the waters under Brazilian jurisdiction.
