This Law, consisting 22 articles divided into six Chapters, establishes the State Policy on Cooperatives within the State of Rio Grande do Sul. This Policy establishes that Cooperative societies shall be those that are duly registered with the legal organs under the terms of the federal and pertinent legislation.
