This complementary Law is composed of six chapters divided in 22 articles. It institutes the Superintendence for the Development of Amazónia (SUDAM) and defines its legal status, mission and functions. Moreover, it rules on its internal structure. Finally, it regulates the Amazónia Development Fund (FDA).
