This Law, consisting of 19 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes the State Technical Cadastre for Potentially Polluting Activities and for other activities carried out by individuals or institutions, which need to use natural resources. These activities include: extraction, production, transport and trade of any potentially products dangerous for the environments, as well as to products and sub-products originated from fauna and flora.
