This Law regulates disposal of industrial and domestic waste with a view of reduction thereof, recycling and prevention of environmental pollution. It shall be applicable to all natural and legal persons producing waste. This Law shall regulate relations originating from waste management in the process of: (a) mining; (b) manufacturing, transportation and storage of mechanical articles, consumer goods and, energy and energy sources; (c) agricultural activities; (d) services; and (e) consumption
