The wording “use” in the preamble, and in the issues 16, 34 of the Article 1, item 5 of the Article 5, item 4 of the Article 19 is substituted with the wording “consumption”. Sub-item 2 of the item 1 of the Article 24 acquires a new wording: “2) of the item 6 of the Article 13 enters into force on 1 January 2008; in the item 2 the date “2005” is substituted with the date “2007”. Article 1 is supplemented with sub-item 9-1 of the following wording: “9-1) interregional and (or) intergovernmental t
