The scope of this Law shall be to promote and improve energy efficiency of edifices with a view of reduction of consumption of energy resources and emissions of greenhouse gases to the atmosphere. It shall be applicable to: (a) edifices of different types; (b) projecting, operation, rent, lease, trade of edifices and energy renovation thereof.
