This Law, consisting of 16 articles, establishes the Rural Youth Scholarship Programme "Programa Bolsa Juventude Rural" and amends Law No. 8.511 authorizing the creation of the State Fund to Support the Development of Small Rural Establishments. The general objectives of this Programme are: to give access and permanence of young people in high school; to contribute to the reduction of the levels of poverty and social exclusion of youth; to give young people their emancipation from a life project
