This Law, consisting of 16 articles, creates the Assistance Programme to indigenous populations and small producers – PRÓ-FLORESTANIA. This Programme aims at the creation of investment opportunities for productive activities to indigenous populations and small producers in order to improve their life conditions according to the sustainable development patterns and the environmental protection.
