This Law, consisting of 4 articles and 1 Annex, authorizes plant, vegetation and tree cutting in Permanent Preservation Areas within the municipalities of Brejão and Terezinha in the State of Pernambuco. This Law will be implemented according to article 8 of Law No. 11.206 in these preservation areas (with 46,64 ha.), composed by Atlantic and Caatinga native species, and exotic species within the above mentioned municipalities. Annex lists intervention areas and type of vegetation.
