This Law amends articles 1, 5, and 8 to 10 of Law No. 1.460 creating the Assistance Programme to indigenous populations and small producers – PRÓ-FLORESTANIA. Amendments deal with the requirements to be satisfied by indigenous ans small farmers associations and cooperatives in order to benefit from this assistance.
