This Law amends the Law Concerning the Establishment of the Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company by replacing article 5 (objectives of the Company), article 10 (transfer of assets to the Company) and article 13 (merger of the Company with any subsidiary company of the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority or sale of the Company’s assets).
