This Law establishes the Policy on Wind Energy. It regulates the installation and development of wind energy production within the State of Acre. This Law aims at: promoting research to improve and disseminate the use of wind energy as electric production; promoting educational campaign on the benefits from this type of energy; promoting actions aiming at the acquisition and use of wind energy generating equipments, etc.
