This Law is composed of 15 articles. Article 1 amends Paragraph 1 of Article 14 as the following: “the products of the State forests shall be sold only by public auction except in case the value of the products not exceeds than LL (500.000)”. Article 2 amends the fine mentioned in Article 136 as the following: “from LL (500.000) to LL (1.000.000)”. Article 3 amends the fine mentioned in Article 137 as the following: “shall be punished by the same penalty provided for in Article 21 of Law 558 of
