Article 18 shall acquire a new wording: “Article 18. Certification of seed quality. Certification of seed quality shall be carried out by the authorized state institution “Chief State Inspection on Seed Growing, Quarantine and Plant Protection”, its territorial branches, by the institution “Republican Forest Selection and Seed Growing Centre” subordinated to the Forest Ministry and by other organizations accredited in accordance with the modalities established by the State Committee on Standardi
