This Law regulates legal basis of the organization, functioning and management of water users’ associations as non-commercial organization with the scope of operation and maintenance of irrigation systems for public interest. The Act consists of 6 Sections divided into 25 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) setting up and liquidation of water users’ associations; (3) legal status of water users’ association; (4) management of water users’ association; (5) property of water users’ associations;
