This Law establishes the requirements to be satisfied for industrial residues treatment and disposal. It consists of 8 articles regulating the aforementioned activity in order to avoid environmental pollution and protect human health. It establishes that dangerous and non-dangerous industrial residues treatment method must be approved any 2 years period according to European Catalogue of Residues (CER).
