This Law states that the Republic of Azerbaijan hereby approves the Convention for the establishment of the European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization by issuing a statement regarding occupied territories. Article 1 of the Convention states that there shall be established a European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization, as a recognized regional plant protection organization under the International Plant Protection Convention, established by the Food and Agriculture Organ
