By this Law, Paragraph 4 shall be added to Article 12 of Law No. 514-IG on industrial and consumer waste, as “incineration of the industrial and consumer wastes, without special devices, is not permitted.” Paragraph 1 shall be added to Article 76 of Administrative Offences Code regarding compensation of the damage affecting human health, property and the environment because of violating rules of atmospheric air protection.
