This Law, consisting of 3 articles, authorizes the Investment Fund to participate in the reforestation sector under the Sustainable Development Programme within the State of Acre (PDSA Phase II). It establishes that the State Government is allowed to participate in economic activities, through the Special Fund for reforestation programme (up to 8.270.000 US Dollars).
