This Law amends articles 5-7 and 9 of Law 10469 of 2011 with regard to the inspection authorities, their tasks, and rules of procedure, and penalties issued in cases of infringement. The Commission on Protection against Radiations is the national responsible authority charged with law enforcement functions. Its decisions may be appealed according to the Law on Inspection.
