The present Law is aimed at foundation of social-economical and legal bases of sustainable development of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, preservation and rational usage of natural resources, historical, cultural and architectural heritage of the Republic and is destined for becoming a base for establishment of legal regulation of activity of persons on mountain territories, statutory acts, releasing its principles.
