According to the amendments set forth in Chapter E of the present Law (Modifications to Law No. 2741/1999), together with other administrative sanctions, the imposition of fines is fixed to various food enterprises, by Decision of the Minister of Development, while is also given the possibility to various E.F.E.T brackets to seize and destroy the inadequate for human consumption or even dangerous for the Public Health foodstuffs.
