This Law establishes legal basis for organization, acknowledgement and functioning of the groups of producers of agricultural commodities, the main objective of which shall be trade of agricultural producers manufactured thereby, improvement of the efficiency and planning of agricultural production, and establishment of terms and conditions for granting financial support to the groups of producers of agricultural commodities.
